BOND’s Community Affordable Housing Program has been created to provide the opportunity for participants in our programs and services, as well as other first-time buyers/ low-to-moderate income individuals to own a home of their own.

In addition, we intend to use some of the participants in our programs and services to assist real estate professionals in renovating these properties, thus building valuable skills.

BOND’s Community Affordable Housing Program complements BOND’s existing programs and services, and allows us to be a viable partner in providing affordable home ownership opportunities in our service area.
