Help Us End "Sanctuary City" Protection for Illegal Alien Gangs by Supporting Jamiel's Law

On March 2nd, 17-year old high school football standout, Jamiel Shaw II was shot and killed two doors from his house in Los Angeles. According to news reports, the killer, 19-year-old Pedro Espinosa, is an illegal alien and alleged member of the notorious 18th Street gang. Less than a day before Jamiel was murdered, Espinoza had been released from jail where he had been serving time for assault with a deadly weapon.
 
There have been countless other American children murdered by criminal illegal aliens in sanctuary cities like Los Angeles. No American city should be a “sanctuary” for criminals. Walter Moore, candidate for Mayor of Los Angeles has proposed JamilesLaw to end “sanctuary city” protection for illegal alien gangs. Among other things, this law would allow law enforcement to arrest, prosecute, imprison, and deport criminal illegal aliens.

The parents of Jamiel Shaw have been devastated by this tragedy, yet they cannot get a single L.A. City Council member or Mayor Antonio Villaragosa to support this law.
